How does it work?
 

You have to use your SIM card with a 3G compatible handset (smartphone or feature phone type). Switch your handset off and back on, the Lebara Mobile Internet setup is automatic !

What is the France Pass?

Call for less in Metropolitan France with the new France Pass : 60 min for only 4,90€ to call mobiles and landlines, without any connection fee !

The minutes included in the France Pass are valid for 14 days.

The activation is very simple:

How to purchase an International Pass?
International Passes can be activated instantly: just send a text with the relevant 3 digits code (see below)

• International Pass Africa/Maghreb: send ‘109’ to 22241
• International Pass 100 Minutes: send ‘209’ to 22241

No specific voucher is required. Before opting in to a Lebara Pass by text, just ensure you have at least 9€ in your balance, or do a top up first. You can use the Pass as soon as you receive the confirmation SMS, the minutes included are valid during 14 days.

• First, you need to join and set a 4 digit PIN: text JOIN*XXXX to 22241 (where XXXX is your 4 digit PIN).

How to join Lebara and keep your number ?

1. Get your RIO code
   
   Dial 3179 (free call) with your former SIM card to get your RIO number.
    
2. Your new Lebara SIM card
   
   Insert your Lebara SIM card in your handset.
   
   Please ensure that your Lebara SIM card is activated (This can be done on Lebara.fr with an ID document)
   
   Dial 2323 and ask the agent for a number portability : your RIO number will then be requested.
    
3. How to get your phone number back?
   
   Your former number will be affected to your new Leabra SIM card within 3 days. All the credit charged will be kept.
